Butthanchariya’s (Butthan Practitioner) life forms a Square with Sadhana (Endeavour), Praggya (Wisdom) , Saggya (Intuition) and Barjon (Desertion). There are Sixteen branches of training in total. Five Praggya and one Saggya.
Five Sadhanas are : (1) ButthanDhyana (Meditation/ Mind training) (2) Atmaraksa o Krira (Self-defence and Sports) (3) Baktigoto o SamajikKallyan (Personal & Social wellbeing) (4) Sarircharchya o Vajrapran (Physical Training &VajraPran) (5) Kawsol (Strategy).
Five Proggayas are :(1) Gyaan (Wisdom) (2) Noitikota (Morality) (3) Sahasikata (Courage) (4) Vakti (Respect) (5) Oddyabasay (Perseverance).
Five BARJON / (Desertion ): (1)Oggota ( Illiteracy) (2) Alosso (Laziness ) (3) Himsha (Envy ) (4)Asokti (Addiction ) (5) Shartoporota (Selfishness )
Last but not the least is Soggya or Intuition or seeking self knowledge, total sixteen brunches of training.
